OUR STORY

I am Yvonne Kuennen, an award winning metal clay artist, with years of experience and education, both as a teacher and student.  I have Certifications from both Rio Grande and PMCC in precious metal clay. I teach students of all ages and abilities metal arts, glass fusing, felted beads, kumihimo, torch enameling, anodized niobium and alcohol inks.

I have a trademarked zipper jewel made with fine silver and bronze charms, handblown glass beads, pendants, rings and small sculptures which I market to local galleries in Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Georgetown, Denver.

My team includes my husband, Michael who is a long time fly fisherman and breakfest chef. When he is not working in wood creating furniture and cabinetry, he will lead fly fishing expeditions to gold medal rivers and streams in the area.

Family members not participating in workshops can choose horseback riding, rafting, hiking and the whole group can enjoy sailing, concerts, skiing, skating and a myriad of other activities to round out a Colorado vacation.
